Step 1: Prime the face. I used a combination of Magic Lumi from L’Oreal and That Gal by Benefit.

Step 2: Fill in the brows with an angled brush. I used a Medium Brown Color from the 88 palette by Coastal Scents and then cleaned them up with a Coastal Scents concealer.

Step 3: Prime the eyes. I used the eye primer by Micabella Cosmetics.

Step 4: With a fluffy blending brush, apply Rule by MAC Cosmetics to the brow bone.

Step 5: With another blending brush like the 217, from Coastal Scents. Apply a Medium Brown to the crease and blend. I used the 88 palette by Coastal Scents.

Step 6: Apply a Beige Color under the brow and all over the eyelid. I used Brulee by Wet and Wild.

Step 7: With an angled brush, apply NYX White Shadow base just as if you were applying gel liner. Then with the same brush, apply a yellow eyeshadow or pigment. I used a yellow pigment by Naked Cosmetics.

Step 8: Apply a very thin black eyeliner, over the yellow. I used Maybeline Eye Studio.

Step 9: Apply your favorite eyelashes. I used the #747M by Red Cherry. Then apply your favorite mascara, I used Maybeline Colossal.

Step 10: Apply a white liner to the waterline. I used the NYX white shadow base. Set with a white eyeshadow.

Step 11: Apply a white pigment to the inner corners of the eye. I used Mirage Gold Mica by Coastal Scents.

Step 12: Apply the same yellow to the middle part of the eye. Then a light orange and then a darker orange to the lash line and blend it out.

Step 13: Apply mascara to the bottom lashes. I used Maybelline Colossal.

Step 14: Apply your favorite foundation with the ELF powder brush. I used a variety of foundations,Neutrogena Healthy Skin with Revlon Photo Ready and No7 Mousse Foundation.

Step15: Apply your favorite concealer to problem areas and under the eyes. I used Maybelline Instant Age Rewind with a Coastal Scents blending brush.

Step 16: Contour your cheeks. I used NYC Sunny Bronzer with the Sonia Kashuk Flat Top Sculpting Brush.

Step 17: Apply blush to the cheek bones. I used Nars Orgasm . Apply a highlighter, I used Hungry Heart by Nars.

Step 18: Apply a Baby Pink lipstick. I used 901B by Wet and Wild and if desired apply lipgloss.

Step 19: Finally, Set the face. You can use powder, but I used the setting spray by Skindinavia.
